Steps:
- 1. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds, and add pod and seeds to a medium saucepan. 2. Combine water and sugar in same pan and heat to dissolve sugar. Set pan aside to cool until warm to the touch, about 30 minutes. Remove vanilla bean pod. (You can add vanilla bean pod to 2-3 cups of sugar and seal tightly to make delicious vanilla sugar.) 3. Add vodka and extract(s)to sugar syrup. Mix well. 4. Funnel into clean bottle and seal.
