I don't normally do pretty recipes -- I'm more concerned with taste. But, having said that, it's nice to have some on hand to wow a party. I also like have a cheesecake BAR recipe. The mistake that I made was that not all decorating gels are meant to be used straight :-(.

1 1/2 cup(s) graham crackers crumbs
1/3 cup(s) butter, melted
3 tablespoon(s) sugar
3 package(s) (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3 - eggs

Steps:

Mix crumbs, butter, and 3 tbsp sugar; press onto bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars. Decorate bars with decorating gel and sprinkles to resemble presents. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
