Steps:
- 1. Marinate at least 8 hours.
- 2. Combine soy, hoisin, honey, red pepper and garlic in ziplock. Add pork and seal. Marinate in fridge 8 hours or overnight. Grill on rack sprayed with PAM. Grill 3 min on each side.
- 3. Store in fridge up to 2 days. Reserve 4 chops for the salad.
