1 cup rice (Himalayan Red, well rinsed)
2 cups water (or broth)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • place rice, water, and salt in pot and bring to a boil.
  • Stir, reduce heat to low, and cover.
  • Cook 35 minutes.
