Steps:
- put all ingredients THROUGH SALT into bowl and mix well in separate bowl, mix choc chips, sugar and cinnamon grease 9 x 13 pan pour in 1/2 batter and cover with 1/2 chip mixture repeat. bake at 350... check at 25 mins...maybe 30 mins
