Hidden Treasure Slaw image

Different and delicious coleslaw. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 c coleslaw mix
3 medium shredded carrots (or more to suit your tastes)
2 red apples, diced
2/3 c raisins
3/4 c walnuts, chopped
coleslaw dressing of your choice
1 Tbsp lemon juice to toss apples in

Steps:

  • 1. Mix coleslaw mix and carrots together, toss well.
  • 2. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice, drain and add to salad. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • 3. Toss with your favorite coleslaw mix. Chill before serving.
