This weekend we hosted a mystery dinner party and I decided to make this chocolate cake for dessert. This is not a rich chocolate cake but it is good. If you're looking for simple, easy and chocolate - this will fit the bill. Original recipe is on the Hershey's cocoa container.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and flour two 9 inch round baking pans
- 2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
- 3. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, beat on medium speed of mixer two minutes
- 4. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pans.
- 5. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 6. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
- 7. FROSTING
- 8. Melt butter then stir in cocoa.
- 9. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beat to spreading consistently. Add small amount of milk if necessary.
- 10. Stir in vanilla. Makes about 2 cups frosting.
