Steps:
- Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds
- Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and bake squash facing down for 45 minutes or until skin is fork tender
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Scrape squash out of shell in strands using fork
- Melt butter in hot skillet
- Add all ingredients and toss thoroughly but gently
