HERB- RUBBED GRILLED SCALLOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 tsp. each dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper.
1T olive oil
1# scallops, rinsed and patted dry
1/4 tsp. salt
Fresh lemon wedges

Steps:

  • In a shallow dish,cover eight 10" bamboo skewers w/ water and set aside. In a small bowl combine tarragon,thyme, oregano, garlic, pepper and oil. Add scallops and toss to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate 2- 10 hrs. Preheat grill to med.-high. Divide scallops between the skewers, tr hreading through the sides. Grill until golden brown, about 4 min. per side. Serve w/ lemon wedges
