Herb Pork Tenderloin image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
2 teaspoon(s) dried basil
2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
- olive oil

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and dry pork thoroughly. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil (~ 1 - 1.5 Tbsp) on all sides.
  • Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.
  • Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
