Herb Garden Cheese Spread image

I make this cheese spread often to use up herbs from the garden. This tastes just like the gourmet cheese spreads in the market. Cooking time is refrigeration time.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons dill seeds
1 clove garlic, crushed or finely minced

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients; stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
  • Serve with crackers or veggies.
