Orange and Leek Lamb image

My overseas visitors have always loved this recipe and so do we. From Australian Women's Weekly Great Barbecue Cookbook.

6 lamb steaks
1 leek, sliced
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons white rum
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • Combine lamb, leek and marinade in bowl, refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Barbecue lamb and leek, brushing with marinade, until tender.
  • Marinade: Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
