HERB CHEESE (COPYCAT BOURSIN CHEESE) image

Boursin cheese is so delicious, but, occasionally, hard to find in some areas. This is a good substitute. If you don't have any of the fresh ingredients, substitute dried (just remember to only use one third of the amount called for in the recipe.)
