Steps:
- 1. 2T oil in your pot with onion and all spices. Cook for 5-10 min to soft. Add garlic. 2. Add last 1T of oil and meat - brown. 3. Add stock, crushed tom, tom paste, bacon and sugar. Bring to simmer and cook 2 hours uncovered. Cover when thick as you want. 4. salt and pepper to taste.
