HEAVENLY SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
Here is another excellent recipe that my mother-in-law prepares for Thanksgiving. It tastes excellent!! It's almost like a dessert. (Note: You can use marshmellows instead of pecans, though I prefer pecans by far.)

Steps:
- Beat together the first six ingr.
- and pour into a baking pan.
- Mix together the toppings and spread over the top of the potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
