HEAVENLY EGGS image

THIS IS A GREAT SIDE OR APPETIZER. MY MOTHER DID NOT LIKE THE ORIGINAL NAME SO AS I STARTED MAKING THESE FOR MY FAMILY I CHANGED THE NAME. I HAVE ALSO MADE THESE WITH SEASONED BOILED SHRIMP ON TOP.

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 large hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon(s) mayo or miracle whipp
1 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 teaspoon(s) salt and pepper
LESS OR MORE TO TASTE. I PREFER MIRACLE WHIPP.

Steps:

  • BOIL EGGS. LET COOL AND PEEL.
  • CUT OPEN THE EGGS AND SET YOKE TO THE SIDE.
  • IN A SMALL BOWL MIX EGG YOKE AND MIRACLE WHIPP SALT AND PEPPER.
  • PUT THE YOKE MIXTURE IN EGGS SPRINKLE PAPRIKA ON TOP. ADD SHRIMP IF DESIRED.
