Steps:
- Place chicken pieces in a large roasting pan. Steel knife: Combine remaining ingredients and process for a few seconds, until blended. Pour over chicken. (May be marinated for several hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Turn once.) Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 2 hours, until nicely browned. Baste occasionally. Serve with rice. Variations: Follow recipe above, using the following salad dressings and jams: Italian Salad Dressing and peach or pineapple jam Thousand Island Dressing and apricot jam Sweet and Spicy French Dressing or bottled Catalina Dressing and peach or apricot jam Vinaigrette Dressing or Herb Dressing and ½ cup orange marmalade plus ½ cup peach jam. Any bottled low calorie dressing and diet jam
