Heavenly Angel Chicken image

I always have a chicken recipe on hand. This might not be a fast one but its easy to make just start it in the morning. This also makes a great date night meal.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 ounce(s) phily cream cheese, softened
1 can(s) reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup(s) italian salad dressing
1/4 cup(s) dry white wine
1-1/2 pound(s) chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1/2 pound(s) angel hair pasta,uncooked
2 tablespoon(s) parsley, freshly chopped

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine the first 4 ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Then pour over the chicken in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for about 4 to 5 hours or on high for about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Cook pasta as directed on the package & drain. Serve with the chicken mixture & parsley.
  • Special Tip: For a non-alcoholoc variation substitute with water or chicken broth.
