Steps:
- Heat garlic & olive oil together in microwave, cool 5 min. Slice each heart down middle lengthwise then in 1/2 inch chunks & mix with oil. Add toasted nuts then chopped basil, then mix. Add parmesan. Mix all ingredients well then salt & pepper to taste. Some parmesan is saltier so add salt sparingly.Chill about 1 hour, serve over baby greens if desired.
