Great healthy alternative to sugary and fattening breakfasts. When ready to eat, put in a bowl, add boiling water, enjoy!

9 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups vanilla whey protein powder
1 ½ cups oat bran
1 ½ cups wheat germ
1 ½ cups dried fruit
6 tablespoons chia seeds
6 tablespoons flax seeds
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon salt

Steps:

  • Mix oats, protein powder, oat bran, wheat germ, dried fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, and salt together in a container or jar; cover with a lid.
