Steps:
- Place rack in middle of oven & preheat to 350F. Line sheets with parchment. Wisk oats, flour, cinnamon, soda, salt in medium bowl. In lg bowl mix butter, egg & vanilla. Stir in brown sugar until smooth. Stir in oat mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls, and spaace 2 1/2 inches apart. Bake one sheet at a time 11-13 min.
