Healthier Clam Dip image

I generally followed and then tweeked "Snow's clam digger's recipe" to be healthier and suit my taste. and what i keep on hand in the house. I served with a whole wheat tortilla that i had microwaved until crispy. and broke into chips. i had a plate of veggies and called it dinner

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dry buttermilk
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained (reserving 2 tablespoons liquid)
1/4 tablespoon dried parsley
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Steps:

  • In small mixer bowl beet yogurt, buttermilk powder, cayenne and clam liquid until smooth.
  • stir in remaining ingredients.
  • cover and chill thoroughly.
