A super simple and easy holiday treat recipe. It's one of my favorite holiday candies to make. There are a plethora of different variations, and the recipe is very easy to alter. You can add nuts, coconut, m&ms, etc. you can also switch out the plain milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate, butterscotch etc.

Steps:
- 1. Using a double boiler or chocolate melting machine, melt both bags of chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
- 2. Add chow mein noodles. Stir until all noodles are covered.
- 3. Scoop by the spoonful onto a parchment/wax paper lined surface.
- 4. Cool, package, & serve.
