Haystacks image

A super simple and easy holiday treat recipe. It's one of my favorite holiday candies to make. There are a plethora of different variations, and the recipe is very easy to alter. You can add nuts, coconut, m&ms, etc. you can also switch out the plain milk chocolate for dark or white chocolate, butterscotch etc.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 12oz bag(s) milk chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter
1 12 oz bag(s) chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Using a double boiler or chocolate melting machine, melt both bags of chocolate chips, and peanut butter.
  • 2. Add chow mein noodles. Stir until all noodles are covered.
  • 3. Scoop by the spoonful onto a parchment/wax paper lined surface.
  • 4. Cool, package, & serve.
