Hawaiian Stuffing image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
1/2 cup margarine or butter
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
7 cups Kellogg's® seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add enough water to juice to measure 2 cups liquid. 2. In large saucepan, combine margarine, sugar and the 2 cups liquid. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix, tossing lightly until stuffing mix is evenly and thoroughly moistened. Add pineapple, nuts and raisins, mixing lightly. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray, pressing lightly.3. Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot as an accompaniment for ham, pork or poultry.
