Steps:
- Cut spareribs into 2-inch strips. Mix flour, salt and soy sauce to a smooth paste. brush on ribs. Allow to stand for 10 min. Heat oil and brown ribs. Tranfer ribs to a large roasting pan. Pour fat from skillet. Add sugar, vinegar, waer, pineapple juice, garlic and ginger. Heat and stir, loosening brown juice to pour over ribs. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
