Hawaiian Pineapple-Pork Stew image

When you toss pineapple, butternut squash, pork, onions and BBQ sauce in the slow cooker, yumminess will naturally emerge. This stew is case in point.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 boneless pork shoulder (2-1/2 lb.), cut into bite-size pieces
1-1/2 lb. butternut squash, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 onion, chopped
1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Place meat in slow cooker; top with squash, pineapple, onions and barbecue sauce. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  • Add spinach to ingredients in slow cooker; mix well.
