Steps:
- Drain pineapple & mandarin oranges, saving juice. Put pineapple, oranges & cherries in covered container & refrigerate.
- Cook orzo in water until tender. Rinse well & leave to drain.
- Mix together sugar, flour, eggs and juice from fruit. Cook mixture about 10 minutes until a little thick.
- Place orzo in large bowl and pour hot sauce over orzo. Cover & refrigerate overnight. In the morning fold in fruit and Cool Whip.
