Hashbrown Casserole image

Wonderful comfort food on a cold winter morning!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 can(s) condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup(s) sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 pound(s) frozen shreded hash browns
2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic powder. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well.
  • Place into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
