Hash Brown Quiche Casserole image

This is a dish I can eat morning, noon and night. Great for any meal and also for a side. It's super cheesy and comforting!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 package(s) (24oz) shredded hash browns
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cup(s) swiss cheese, shredded
2 cup(s) cooked ham, bacon, or sausage, chopped
6 - eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper (optional)
- top with additional shredded cheese right out of oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese!

Steps:

  • Lightly press hash browns in well greased 9 x 13. Brush top with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn down temperature to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, milk & salt, set aside. Layer cheese and meat over hash browns, then pour egg mixture over. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. (Until inserted knife is clean.)
  • Top with Cheese when still hot to melt and sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
