Hash Brown Ham Quiche image

3 cups hash brown potatoes
0.25 cups butter
1 cups pepper jack cheese
1 cups swiss cheese
1 cups ham
2 units eggs
0.5 cups heavy whipping cream
0.25 teaspoons salt

Steps:

  • Press hash browns into bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate (greased with 2 tsp. of the melted butter.) Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake uncovered at 425° for 20-25 minutes.
  • Combine cheeses and ham; spoon into the crust. In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream and salt: pour over the ham.
  • Reduce the heat to 350°. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
