Harvey Wallbanger Cake image

Well if you like the drink then you will like this simple cake.Its delicious and also a little sinful.

Number Of Ingredients 10

16 oz package of pound cake mix
1/3 c vanilla instant ,reserve rest of pudding for glaze.
1/4 c salad oil
3 large eggs
2 Tbsp galliano liqueur
2/3 c orange juice,fresh
GLAZE
1 pkg remaining pudding mix
2/3 c orange juice, fresh
1 Tbsp galliano liqueur

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together all ingredients for cake. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured bread pan or 8x8 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from center of cake.Invert cake onto serving platter. Mix together glaze ingredients. Spoon over cake.
