Steps:
- Measure out all ingredients
- Put flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl
- Rub in butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
- Add a few teaspoons of water at a time, and mix until pastry makes a ball. (Pastry ball should not be sticky, if this happens add a little more flour)
- Use as required.
