Hamburger Stuff on Rice (Goulash) image

This is one of the first dishes my mother taught me to cook and has been a favorite of the family for years. Quick and easy to make and the kids request it every time they have friends over.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup (small can)
4 cups cooked rice (Mom used Minute Rice)

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain.
  • Stir in undiluted tomato soup.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Serve over rice.
  • A favorite veggie or salad makes a complete meal.
