Potato Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 6

5 lb red potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp pepper
1 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. In dutch oven, cover diced potatoes with water. Add 5 chicken bouillon cubes and onions. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add pepper, parsley and milk. To thicken add instant potato flakes or make flour slurry.
