Steps:
- Crumble ground beef into 2 qt casserole. Cover. Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes or until meat loses pink color, stirring halfway through cooking time. Do not drain.
- Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream; mix well. Cover. Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Stir after 3 minutes.
- Blend in sour cream. Microwave at High 1 ½ to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir once.
