1 pkg. (14.1 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts), divided
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1-1/2 cups finely chopped onions
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
1 egg
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Burger Slices

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 crust as directed on package for two-crust pie. Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, egg and pepper.
  • Spoon meat mixture into crust. Top with burger slices. Cover with remaining crust; seal and flute edge. Cut several slits in top crust to permit steam to escape.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until golden brown.
