This is an easy quiche like dish. I had no pie crust in the freezer. I decided to throw together a quiche With puff pastry. I'm sure that you'll enjoy my version. This is loaded with swiss cheese, onions, and ham. It truly is delicious. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Thaw frozen puff pastry. Heat oven to 400 degree's.
- Grease or butter pie pan. Flour and roll pastry sheet to fit pie pan.
- Press pastry in to buttered pan. Pierce any air pockets with point of knife. Then press dough back together. Trim around lip of pan to remove any excess dough. Pierce the dough with tip of pointed sharp knife along the top lip of pie pan. This is to prevent dough from puffing to much.
- Remove as much moisture from onions and mushrooms as possible.Toss onion, mushrooms, 1/2 of cheese and ham together. Place in pie shell. Top with remaining cheese.
- In a bowl whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, mustard, and nutmeg together.
- Pour egg mixture over cheese mixture in shell. Place pie on sheet pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degree's. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Note: bake time may take up to an hour. If crust browns to quickly. Simply lay a piece of foil over top. This will slow down browning.
