This Ham, Swiss Cheese & Asparagus Quiche combines a winning trio of flavors into a low-carb, gluten-free, Keto and Trim Healthy Mama S main dish!

- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- To make the crust, melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Press into 9-10" pie pate. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from heat, set aside, and increase oven temperature to 375 F.
- To make the filling, saute onion in butter until onion is translucent (you can steam the asparagus during this time too, if you haven't already done so).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and cream together. Stir in sauted onions, steamed asparagus, cubed ham, grated Swiss cheese, and ground pepper. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
