I got this recipe from a friend. It is really easy...so easy that my son made it as a project for his Foods class (those are his hands in the pictures). It's my favorite pot pie.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2. Cook veggies in boiling salted water for 2 minutes and immediately rinse with cold water. Mix in mushroom soup and set aside.
- 3. Place 1 pie crust in a 9" pie plate
- 4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over bottom crust
- 5. Top with sliced ham, hash browns, and the remainder of the cheese.
- 6. Top with veggie/soup mixture. Sprinkle with pepper
- 7. Top with second crust, seal edges and flute. Make 3 or 4 slits/vents near the centre. (If you have a pie shield place this over the edge or else make a shield with foil)
- 8. Bake for 45-60 minutes (rotating at 30 minutes) or until golden brown (depending on your oven) and the filling is bubbly
- 9. Divide into 6 - 8 slices and serve
