HAM & EGG BALLS- APPETIZERS image

These appetizers were served at a 40th anniversary party that I attended last week. They were so good! Naturally I begged for the recipe...They are to die for. Chopped hard-boiled eggs, A little bit of ham, then rolled in chopped pecans are a delightful taste treat.! A welcome surprise from the usual deviled eggs.. Six hard...

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 hard- boiled eggs
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 c ham, finely chopped
1/4 c mayonnaise
chopped pecans, & salt & pepper
almonds.

Steps:

  • 1. Finely mince or chop hard-boiled eggs. Add parsley, onion,ham and mayonnaise, mixing well. Shape into 24 balls. Roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve..with almonds on the serving plate to snack on. Listen for the rave reviews!!! 5-1-12
