Ham & Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls image

I have done this many times and depending on how much of the mixture you put in the crescent roll, the servings will change. You can substitute many things for the ham if you are not a fan of it. I have done ham and pepperoni so far. I enjoy the smoky compliment of the hickory taste with the cream cheese. Not sure where I got...

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 pkg philadelphia cream cheese
1 pre-cooked hickory smoked hamsteak
2 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Dice up hamsteak to desired size (I usually cut it into small cubes)
  • 2. Place packages of cream cheese and diced hamsteak in a mixing bowl. You will want to make sure that there is a good ham steak to cream cheese ratio.
  • 3. Mix well (I use my hands but it can be very messy so whichever method works for you.)
  • 4. Open and roll out crescent rolls. Separate into the pre-determed segments.
  • 5. Place 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of the ham and cream cheese mixture on the flat crescent roll.
  • 6. Roll up and repeat for the remaining crescent rolls.
  • 7. Bake according to crescent roll baking directions.
  • 8. Let it cool a little! Inside will be VERY hot.
  • 9. Enjoy!
