Ham and Cheese Fold Over Pizzas image

1 (10-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. On a floured surface, roll dough into a 10x15-inch rectangle. Cut dough into 4 rectangles. Spread mustard over rectangles. Divide half the cheese among the rectangles diagonally, placing cheese only on triangle half of each. Sprinkle ham and caraway seeds over cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Brush edges with water, then fold over and seal edges with fork. Place on greased baking sheet. Prick tops so steam can escape. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
