Steps:
- Find a plastic skull or head. Spread cream cheese over all but the eyes and mouth. You can use BBQ sauce or cranberry sauce if you want a bloody effect in place of the cream cheese, but I prefer the taste of cream cheese with the meat.
- For the lunch meat, ham is my favorite due to the flesh tones. (ewww, I know! that is the point here) :) Beef would be a good alternative as well but any meat will work. Slice pieces of meat and wrap over cream cheese covered head. Make sure not to cover the eyes or mouth area.
