Guinness Reduction Sauce Recipe - (4/5) image

1 3/4 cup Guinness Stout
1 3/4 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Combine Guinness and Sugar and simmer on low heat for about an hour. Keep stirring until reduced to about half. To serve, drizzle equal amounts of reduction and olive oil and serve with Irish soda bread.
