GRUYERE CHICKEN PIZZA image

Yield 1 - 12" pizza

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 1/2 cupes (6 oz.)shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped scallions
2 Tbls grated Parmesan
1 pizza crust, baked

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, sour cream, 1 cup Gruyere, cumin, Tabasco and garlic; stir well and spread over pre-baked crust. Top with olives, scallions, remaining cheeses. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
