Steps:
- Spray grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Slice onions. Cut remaining vegetables into bite-size pieces. Lightly coat 4 sheets of foil with cooking spray.Divide all vegetables equally among 4 sheets of foil and lightly coat wirh cooking spray. Sprinkle each pouch evenly with herbs,salt and pepper. Close foil packets by bringing the short ends of the foil together, leaving enough room in the packet for steam to gather and cook the food. Fold the foil over and pinch to seal. Pinch seams together along the sides.Make sure all the seams are tightly sealed to keep steam from escaping. Add foil packets to grill and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Open packets and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
