Steps:
- Salsa: 1 cup fresh mango, cubed 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced 1/3 cup red onion, diced 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped Juice of 1 lime Pinch of salt 4 tuna fillets 2 Tbl. olive oil Steak or grill seasoning Combine salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside. Heat grill pan over medium-high heat and brush fish with oil and steak seasoning. Grill for four to five minutes per side, until it is done to your liking. Serve salmon topped with salsa.
