Here's what you need: kosher salt, Sam's Choice® potato gnocchi, Sam's Choice® Italia Basil Pesto Sauce, cherry tomato, sausage, fresh basil leaf

kosher salt, to taste
18 oz Sam's Choice® potato gnocchi
6.5 oz Sam's Choice® Italia Basil Pesto Sauce
1 pt cherry tomato, quartered
1 lb sausage, grilled, sliced
fresh basil leaf, for serving

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they begin to float, about 3 minutes.
  • In a small pot, bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Add the tomatoes to the sauce and gently heat through, about 5 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked gnocchi in the sauce.
  • Serve the pasta with the grilled sausage and torn fresh basil.
  • Enjoy!
