Steps:
- 1. wash potaoes well and dry them, cut any bruising, blackened or green spots away
- 2. microwave potatoes on high for 5-6 minutes
- 3. set potatoes aside to cool, and you are gonna put the whole stick of butter melted in a large cast iron skillet, slice the potatoes in 1/2 or in 1/4 and place in skillet on top of the butter
- 4. top potatoes with large slices of green peppers and onions, then take this to your grill and leave on the grill for 20 minutes while you finish up your meat on the grill
- 5. the potatoes should be soft when you stick them with a fork all the way through, and crispy and buttery on the outside, the green peppers and onions will be a bit scrunchy but have a wonderful flavor
- 6. You can guesstamate (one of my made up words..hehe) the amount of potatoes grilled for the amount of people you have to serve.
