GRILLED PORK CHOPS image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 pork chops, approximately 10-12 oz each and one inch thick.
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1.2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine paprika, sugar, garlic powder, salt, cumin and pepper. Rub pork chops with oil and sprinkle both sides of pork chops with rub. Heat up half the grill and leave the other side off. Grill chops about three minutes per side on the hot side until browned. Remove to the cool side. Reduce heat to mediumon the hot side. Cook pork another 15 to 20 minutes until a meat thermometer reaches 160F.
